How can I become plan managed with Jigsaw Plan Management?

For Jigsaw to manage your plan you must have Improved Life Choices included in your NDIS plan. If you have a plan meeting coming up request plan management in your new plan.

Is there a cost to be plan managed?

Plan management is separately funded by the NDIS and these funds are added to your plan so no costs to the participant.

How do my providers get paid?

You choose and receive support from your service provider and then once the service has been delivered the provider will email invoices to: [email protected] and we will then process for payment.

How do I know what my budget balance is for my plan?

Jigsaw will provide you with monthly statements showing your spend and balance remaining, we are completely transparent so if you would like to see your balance and budget in the interim please contact our office and we can provide any information you may require.

Is there an app that I use to see my plan?

Jigsaw uses an app called Passport. We issue our participants with a unique code which will allow you to see your Budget, track your spending and funds, Budget Forecast and the app also has the ability to store NDIS documents.

Can I transfer to Jigsaw from another plan manager?

Yes! You are able to change plan managers at any time however you need to contact the previous plan manager and give notice (the timeframe for this may be noted in their service agreement) that you are moving they will need to cancel their service booking and reduce their funds to zero to enable us to make our service booking.

Do Jigsaw only pay the invoices?

While checking and paying invoices is our main role we are here to help you at every stage of your NDIS journey, if we can’t help with your inquiry we will connect you with someone that can assist.
